Outstanding stay! Our room was fantastic with amazing views. We had a large group in for an event and enjoyed several meals at the restaurant, and everything we tried was highly enjoyable. We had plenty of room for our event activities without affecting other visitors. The river behind the hotel was absolutely magical, and worth the trip in and of itself. It is also situated near the more commercial Tamasopo Falls and the cenote at Puente de Dio #1. The highlight for us was Maya the dog, who loves to chase rocks and happily accepts pets. We have been to Tamasopo several times especially before, had such a wonderful time at Tamaya that they will definitely enjoy our homebase for future stays.
Employees very attentive to guests. Clean room and nicely priced. Free breakfast was also nice. In the evening the restaurant has seafood We tried the Ensenada tacos were delicious with the ice cold beer. The pool is very large and kept clean as the restrooms of the pool are very clean and stocked well with toilet paper. The hotel even has its small private waterfalls. I recommend this hotel to all that come to this area.
